OVERLAND SAFARI TOUR LADAKH ITINERARY
Day 01:
Chandigarh - Manali (350 KM)
On your arrival at Chandigarh Airport/ Railway station, pick
up and drive to Manali. Reach Manali and check in the hotel.
Dinner and Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 02: Manali - Sarchu (222 KM)
After breakfast at hotel, proceed to Sarchu. On the way
enjoy the scenic beauty of Rohtang Pass, Jispa, Keylong,
Dracha and Baralacha Pass. At evening reach Sarchu, located
on the boundary of Himachal and Jammu & Kashmir. Enjoy
dinner and Overnight stay in camp at Sarchu.
Day 03: Sarchu - Leh (225 KM)
In morning after breakfast, drive to Leh via Lachalung La
and Nakeela Pass. On the way at Pang, a temporary tent
settlement and a check post where travelers need to register
themselves. Have lunch here, then proceed to Leh and enjoy
the scenic view of Indus valley. Dinner and Overnight stay
in Leh.
Day 04: Leh
Have a delicious breakfast and morning is at leisure to rest
in hotel. After lunch in hotel get ready to visit The Leh
Palace, a nine storied building’s architecture is basically
medieval Tibetan architecture. Then visit Shankar Gompa
renowned for its traditional architectural style. Later
visit Shanti Stupa, Buddhist white dome stupa which provides
beautiful and panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.
In the evening explore the local markets. Dinner and
Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 05: Leh - Pangong Lake
(150 KM)
After a yummy Breakfast, enjoy a full day sight-seeing tour
of Pangong Tso Lake, one of the prominent and breathtaking
lakes in the world. It is bisected by the Indo-China border.
On the way visit Chang-la pass, the third highest motorable
road in the world. After sight-seeing tour of Pangong Tso
Lake also visit Tangtse, small village surrounded by
mountains and Harong stream passes through it, can enjoy
camping near to Lake. Dinner and Overnight stay in hotel at
Tangtse.
Day 06: Pangong - Hemis / Thiksey - Leh (165 KM)
Have early morning Breakfast, leave Pangong Tso Lake drive
back to Leh, on the way visit Hemis, a largest and
wealthiest monastery in Ladakh known for copper statue of
Buddha, stupas made of gold & silver. Later visit to Thiksey,
twelve storied monastery famous for its architect and
breathtaking location. Dinner and Overnight stay in hotel at
Leh.
Day 07: Leh - Khardongla - Nubra Valley (125 KM)
In morning after breakfast get ready to visit Nubra valley
via Khardong La Pass, the highest motorable pass in the
world. Enjoy picturesque view of Sumoor and Samstaling area
during drive from Khardong La pass. Also visit Deskit and
Hundar, stay in either of these areas in camps. Deskit has
monasteries with tallest lord Buddha statue. Hundar is known
for its sand dunes and bacterian camel safari. Enjoy dinner
and Overnight stay in camp at Deskit or Hundar.
Day 08: Nubra Valley - Khardongla - Leh (125 KM)
In the morning explores the Deskit and Hunder area. Enjoy a
camel safari on a double- humped bacterian camel on sand
dunes of Hunder. In the evening drive back to Leh. Dinner
and Overnight stay in hotel at Leh.
Day 09: Leh Departure
In morning after breakfast we will take you to Leh Airport/
railway Station for your further journey.
Tour ends... but sweet memories always remain.

TRANSPORT : The pricing is for groupings of 02, 04 & 06 pax sharing 01 CAR ( NAC Qualis / Xylo /Scorpio / Innova etc.). Pls. note we do not use smaller cars in Ladakh due to the topographical factor, which requires heavy vehicles.
The following points are to be noted for Child Rate ::
1. Children above 10+ years will be considered as adult.
2. Children of 5+ to 10 sharing parent’s room will be charged as per Child without Extra bed
3. Children below 5 years Complimentary.
(Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced when asked).
Important Information's :
• For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but some hotels only provide a roll out bed and have no provision of an extra bed.
• Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to suit hotel availability without changing the total number of days in each destination and without compromising any services.
• The vehicle used is NAC and is available for point to point services only and is not at disposal. Clients are requested to follow the timings in the program.
• In case any services are miss due to delay in departure, the operator will not be responsible for any refunds
• Child sharing parents’ room will not be provided an extra bed.
