LADAKH KASHMIR TOUR ITINERARY
Day 01:
Leh
On your arrival at Leh airport our representative will
receive you and transfer to the hotel. Have a delicious
lunch in hotel and take rest for the day so that you can
adapt yourself to the low pressure atmosphere in Leh. In the
evening you can stroll in the local markets of Leh. Dinner
and Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 02: Leh Local Sideseen
Take early morning breakfast, then move to a local
sight-seeing tour of Leh by visiting the Shey palace museum,
the summer palace of the kings of Ladakh, then to Stok
palace, a finest museum that showcases the worthy royal
artifacts , paraphernalia and thangkas.. Later visit to
Thiksey, twelve storied monastery famous for its architect
and breathtaking location. And in afternoon after lunch
visit Hall of Fame, a magnificent museum constructed by
Indian army, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, built by the Lamas of
Leh to commemorate the visit of Guru Nanak Dev. Kali Mata
temple, Sangam of Zanskar and Indus and Indus rivers, here
Zanskar river with darker muddy waters meets Indus River
with clearer bluish water.and later visit Magnetic point
which defies the law of gravity. Return back to the hotel
for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 03: Leh - Pangong Lake - Leh
After a yummy Breakfast, move to have a full excursion tour
of Pangong Tso Lake, one of the prominent and breathtaking
lakes in the world. It is bisected by the Indo-China border.
On the way visit Chang-la pass, the third highest motorable
road in the world. After sight-seeing tour of Pangong Lake.
Return back to hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay in hotel.
Day 04: Leh - Nubra Valley
In morning after breakfast get ready to visit Nubra valley
via Khardong La Pass, the highest motorable pass in the
world. Enjoy picturesque view of Sumoor and Samstaling area
during drive from Khardong La pass. Also visit Deskit and
Hundar, stay in either of these areas in camps. Deskit has
monasteries with tallest lord Buddha statue. Hundar is known
for its sand dunes and bacterian camel safari. Enjoy dinner
and Overnight stay in camp at Deskit or Hundar.
Day 05: Nubra Valley - Leh
In the morning explores the Deskit and Hunder area. Enjoy a
camel safari on a double- humped bacterian camel on sand
dunes of Hunder. In the evening drive back to Leh. Dinner
and Overnight stay in hotel at Leh.
Day 06: Leh-Alchi / Uleytokpo: (70 kms)
In the morning after breakfast, a full day excursion of a
Alchi village situated on the right bank of Indus River.
Main attraction here is Alchi monastery, known as the
monastic jewels of Ladakh. It is also one of the oldest
monastery of Ladakh. Also visit some popular temples here
such as Rinchen Lhakhang, Sumtseg Lhakhang and Jamyang
Lhakhang. In evening after visiting Alchi village, drive to
Uleytokpo, a picturesque and ultimate destination blessed
with breath taking natural beauty. Dinner and Overnight stay
at hotel in Uleytokpo.
Day 07: Uleytokpo- Lamayuru-Kargil (135 kms)
In morning have healthy breakfast in hotel, leave Ulaytokpo
and drive to Kargil. At here explore the Lamayuru monastery,
one of the oldest and largest monastery in Ladakh. On the
way at Mulbek see the 9 meters tall statue of ‘Future
Buddha’ Maitreya Buddha. Dinner and Overnight stay in hotel
at Kargil.
Day 08: Kargil-Sonamarg-Srinagar (205kms)
After a refreshing morning Breakfast, drive to Srinagar, the
summer capital of state J&K via crossing Zoji-La Pass
through Drass. Drass is world second coldest inhabited place
in the world. Enroute visit Sonamarg, gateway to Amarnath ji
Yatra is the finest place located on the bank of River Sindh,
abundant in trout and mahseer fishes so one can enjoy
angling here & then proceed to reach Srinagar. Dinner and
Overnight stay in hotel at Srinagar.
Day 09: Departure Srinagar
After breakfast in morning at Hotel, Check out and you will
be transfer to Srinagar Airport for further journey.
Tour ends... but sweet memories always remain.

TRANSPORT : The pricing
is for groupings of 02, 04 & 06 pax sharing 01 CAR ( NAC
Qualis / Xylo /Scorpio / Innova etc.). Pls. note we do not
use smaller cars in Ladakh due to the topographical factor,
which requires heavy vehicles.
The following points are to be
noted for Child Rate ::
1. Children above 10+ years will be considered as adult.
2. Children of 5+ to 10 sharing parent’s room will be
charged as per Child without Extra bed
3. Children below 5 years Complimentary.
(Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry
the age proof so that it can be produced when asked).
Important Information's :
• For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed
(wherever possible), but some hotels only provide a roll out
bed and have no provision of an extra bed.
• Operator reserves the right to re-arrange itinerary to
suit hotel availability without changing the total number of
days in each destination and without compromising any
services.
• The vehicle used is NAC and is available for point to
point services only and is not at disposal. Clients are
requested to follow the timings in the program.
• In case any services are miss due to delay in departure,
the operator will not be responsible for any refunds
• Child sharing parents’ room will not be provided an extra
bed.
