MANALI SHIMLA TOY TRAIN TOUR ITINERARY
Day 01:
Delhi – Manali
On Arrival at Delhi Railway Station / Airport, Pickup & then
proceed to Manali via Chandigarh, Kullu. Manali lies on the
bank of the river Beas in the Himalayas. Snowy Mountains and
breathtaking landscape of Himachal chills the mind & gives
the fresh look to eyes. From temples to antiquity, to
sight-seeing spots and adventure activities, Manali is the
most sought-after tourist place throughout the year. Dinner
& Overnight Stay at Hotel in Manali.
Day 02: Manali
Take early Breakfast in Hotel, then continue local
sightseeing tour of Manali by visiting Hadimba Devi Temple,
Vashisht Bath, Club house, Manu Temple, Tibetan Monastery
and many other places. At evening take a view of the Mall
Road and explore the local markets there. Check in Hotel.
Dinner & Overnight Stay at Hotel.
Day 03: Manali
After refreshing breakfast, proceed to enjoy the Rohtang
Pass sightseeing. Enjoy your whole day trip of Solang
Valley, Kothi Gorge, Marhi, Gulaba & Rohtang Pass. It is
most fascinating place during Manali Shimla Trip & having
snowfall throughout the year. Rohtang pass is located on
Keylong highway just 55 km far from Manali. Visit to Sonapi
Glacier, Sulphur springs and Bhrigu Lake, main charms of
this pass. Tour to Manali and Shimla offers a great
panoramic view of peaks rising far above clouds, which is
truly awe-inspiring sight. Rohtang pass remains open from
May to October. Enjoy adventurous and exciting activities of
Rohtang pass like paragliding, skiing, mountain biking,
kayaking, sledge rides, hiking and trekking, nature lovers
can also enjoy sightseeing and bird watching. In the evening
return back to Hotel for dinner & Overnight Stay.
Day 04: Manali – Shimla
After Early Morning Breakfast , check-out the hotel then
Proceed to Shimla by road just 300 kms & take 10 hours to
reach via Sundarnagar, Vilaspur, Kullu etc. Shimla is the
most mesmerizing hill-station reckoned for its unparallel
beauty and serenity. People from all around the world flock
to Shimla to escape the scorching heat of the summer in
Plains. Shimla is situated at a height of 2205 m in the
Himalayas, enveloped in dense deodar, oak, pine and
rhododendron forests. In Shimla you will experience pleased
summers & snowy winters. On Arrival Check-in Hotel. Dinner &
Overnight Stay at Hotel.
Day 05: Shimla
Take Morning Breakfast, then drive to Chail & Kufri visit,
17 kms far from Shimla. Chail known for the world’s highest
cricket pitch and a polo ground. You can enjoy hiking,
skiing, trekking and tobogganing in Kufri. Shimla is adorned
with some of the most benguiling places of interest. In the
afternoon Back to Shimla & Take a Short City tour of Shimla
visiting Jako hills, Sankat Mochan Temple, Lakkar
Bazaar(wood market), Mall Road & St. Michael's Cathedral
that gives you a panoramic charming beauty of the town &
also hang out at the Gorton’s Castle , the Glen and
Viceregal Lodge. In the Evening get bact to hotel for dinner
& Overnight Stay.
Day 06: Shimla - Delhi Departure
After morning breakfast, check-out the Hotel, We will drop
you at Shimla Railway Station. Take Himalayan Queen Toy
train from Shimla to Kalka you can enjoy the journey
crossing numbers of tunnels. The toy train gives a picture
of romance as it slowly moves through the foggy mountains
and thick forests. Enjoy the chill, crisp air which enliven
and invigorate you. The train stops at the Kalka Railway
Station, Pick from there then transfer to Delhi Railway
Station/Airport for further journey.
Tour ends... but sweet memories always remain.
